it.
Make sure nozzle is matched
to the flow and pressure of
the pump.
With lance facing away from
you, turn the Black Side
Handle all the way in a
clockwise rotation
Pressure drops after period of
normal use
Nozzle worn
Check and replace nozzle
Pump producing chattering
noise
Pump sucking air
Check that hoses and fittings
are air tight
Pulsating when gun is off.
Leaks downstream of
unloader
Nozzle plugged
Nozzle being used may be too

Check for leaks downstream
of the unloader valve.
If no leaks, unloader may
have to be serviced
