8 Making Connections 

 
 

A video-compatible television connected via the supplied AV cable can be used to view 

images as you shoot or replay them.

1.

 

Turn off the camera. 

2.

 

Attach the included AV cable to the AV OUT/ USB terminal on the camera. 

3.

 

Plug the other end of the AV cable to the video-in jack on the TV. 

4.

 

Turn on the TV and switch it to VIDEO mode. 

5.

 

Turn on the camera. 

Everything that would normally appear on the camera’s LCD monitor, such as photo 
and video clip playback, slide shows, and image or video capture, appears on the TV.
