CHANGING THE BLADE
WARNING: Disconnect the power supply before
making adjustments or performing maintenance on
the machine.
1. Unplug the tile saw.
2. Disengage the angle table lock (Fig. 4).
3. Lift and remove the angle table.
4. Hold the end of the motor shaft with the shaft
wrench while loosening the blade-securing nut in a
counterclockwise direction with the nut wrench (Fig. 5).
5. Ensure that the shaft and the flanges are clean.
6. Fit the new blade on the shaft and ensure that
the directional arrow marked on the new blade
corresponds with the arrow marked on the top blade
guard.
7. Reverse steps 4 through 1, tightening the blade
securing nut in a clockwise direction in step 4.
Diamond wet blade size for replacement:
Diamond: 7 in.
Arbor: 5/8 in.

Operating Rules for Inspection, Handling, Machine,

Sawing creates airborne particles (dust) which may irritate your respiratory tract, eyes and skin.

Work in a well-ventilated area. Always use dust controls. Always
use protection suitable to the material being sawed or drilled – See 29 CFR part 1910.1200.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before every operation inspect the blades for cracks, rim wear,and arbor or other damage. Replace
cracked, worn or damaged blades.
NEVER
put any portion of body in line with rotating blade.
Wear safety glasses, dust mask, and other protective gear.
NEVER
use blade dry. Cutting blade MUST be used with water.
DANGER!
Blade guard MUST be in place when operating saw.
