GENERAL
• It is recommended that the alarm is tested once a week
• Do not install near electric fans
• Do not install close to windows and doors
• Do not install alarm in dusty, greasy areas
• Do not paint the alarm
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt from all sides of the alarm. This action should be carried
out once a month.
Clean with a soft dry cloth only, do not use aggressive cleaning products or solvents which may damage
the alarm.
This alarm has no serviceable parts.
The alarm should be recycled in the correct manner when it reaches the end of its life. Check local
authorities for where facilities exist.

Issue

No audio output when tested
Remove alarm from bracket and check the
battery is connected
Clean alarm
If the above points do no resolve the issue, take
back to the place of purchase for a replacement
(subject to the alarm being within its warranty
period)
Audible beep and LED flash every 40 seconds
Battery low. Replace batteries
Audible beep and different tone
Clean alarm
