INSTRUCTIONS FOR STARTIN AND USING THE MACHINE WHEN BATTERY POWERED
ATTENTION The machine has a range of approximately 1,5 hours when only using battery power.
In order to transport the machine on the work site, the following procedures
MUST BE ABSOLUTELY
executed:
1. Make sure that the 3rd wheel has been correctly positioned and locked. [
Photo1].
2. Make sure that the general switch on the panel is positioned on ”1” [
Photo 2-B].
3. Make sure that the mushroom shaped emergency botton on the panel and the one of the remote control/wired
remote control are not pressed.

4. Check that the power level of the batteries is above 50%. Otherwise proceed to
CHARGE THE BATTERY

5. The "PLC

LIGHT
turns on (blue light) [
Photo 2-C]. The inverters vacuum fan will turn on.
6. Make sure that key has been correctly positioned [
Photo 3-B].
7. Press and keep pressed for about 3 sec the reset botton on the right side of the remote[
Photo 3-A]; once
released you should here a clicking sound coming from the Battery area of the machine. A green light will also light
up on the remote [
Photo 3-V].
The machine is now ready for use. If it does not function check the paragraph on “P
ROBLEM
S
OLUTIONS
”.
8. Raise the machine completely [
Photo 4] using the appropriate lever on the remote control [
Photo 3-U].
9. Select the desired speed on the remote control according to the slopes and the distances to be covered, as well as
the presence and the positions of eventual obstacles[
Photo 3-S].
10. Move the machine as required using the joystick on the remote control [
Photo 3-F].
NOTE
:
Lack of use of the remote control for more at least 3 min. will cause disactivation (green light will turn on)
[
Photo 3-V]. In the event repeat procedure n. 9 in order to reactivate.
ATTENTION
Make sure that persons or animals are not in the range of the work area of the machine. The operator must position
himself and be at a distance in order to keep under control the space around the work area range of the machine.
ATTENTION
Disregard of any of the above listed procedures, releases the producer/provider from any responsibility.
Anyone that uses the machine must assess that all the relative dispositions of law and/or permissions to the use are
respected. The operator must also assess of the security conditions such as: a) absence of persons or animals in the
range of the machine b) sufficient electrical power c) absence of explosive, inflammable or corrosive materials.
