Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mixer or a food processor and mix until smooth (about 4
minutes), pour batter into greased loaf pan and cook using combination grill
(160degrees) and microwave (700W). Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning
out, serve with sprinkled castor sugar and passionfruit butter.
