Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
4 whole eggs
2 large slices ham
1 bunch fresh asparagus tips
100 ml cream
Sprig of thyme

Instructions
Line a greased flan tin with the sheet of puff pastry, place the ham on the bottom
and crack the eggs directly in the dish, fill the gaps with the cream, top with
asparagus, thyme and cheese and place on the turntable in the microwave, using
combination hot air + bottom heat (180degrees) and microwave (300W) for 18
minutes.
