range of the unit.
The maximum signal range
is 8 meters.
There are obstacles
between the remote
control and the air
conditioner.
Remove the obstacles.
The remote control is not
directed at the reception
window of the air
conditioner.
Hold the remote control
at the correct angle to the
receiver window of the air
conditioner.
The sensitivity of the
remote control is reduced
and the screen is blurred
or does not display at all.
Check the batteries. If
the batteries are empty,
replace them.
The remote control screen
does not display anything.
Check if the remote control
is damaged. If so, replace
them.
There are fluorescent
lamps in the room where
