• Always allow at least 1 meter clearance around the unit.
•
Never use aerosols or similar products around the unit.
• Never use the smoker to dry clothes or any other materials.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•
Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their
use. If an extension cord is used, it must:
•
a) be a grounding type 3-wire cord,
• b) be marked with a rating at least as great as the electrical rating of the unit,
•
c) be an “outdoor” extension cord & marked with the suffix “W” and the statement
“suitable for use with outdoor appliances”
