CLEANING AND CARE
The fermenter
• The fermenter is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned with a scouring agent,
possibly in combination with a scouring pad.
• To clean tap, move a brush up and down through the tap, then insert brush through
opening inside the appliance to clean tap connection. Wash tap handle in hot
soapy water and rinse.
• Don’t use baking soda to clean the appliance as it can pit the metal.
Airlock
Clean the airlock with warm water (< 50 °C), a mild detergent and a soft brush.
