Please go over the following points if the device is not working properly:

The device is not working
• Check if it’s connected to
electricity.
• Check if the plug is secured in
the outlet.
• Make sure to press the bu on
accordingly
The hub cannot be secured on the food
and is slipping.
Put the hub onto the flat side of the
food and place it in the middle.
The hub is slipping from the food while
using the device.
Release the bu on, cut one side of
the food so that you have a flat side
and put on the hub again.
The food won’t twist through the blade
application.
Check if the food is suitable for the
electric spiralizer.
