In the Windows Control Panel, open the device manager and wait for the
computer to detect a Custom USB Device.

Press the button to update the driver and choose [Browse my computer for
driver software]
o
Select the [Drivers folder from the software package] folder. The system will
find a driver but will show a publisher warning. Don’t worry and install it anyway.
3.2.
*** Important note ***
If you install both programs Kinova (SDK and Jacosoft) on the same PC, you need to follow the
following procedure:
Follow the above procedures to install one of the drivers but when the time comes to
install the second driver, you need to connect Jaco arm on another USB port on your
PC. For both drivers should NEVER be installed on the same USB port.
