Claiming Under Warranty

In order to initiate a warranty claim, you must:

Inform Kingspan of the apparent defect within 1 month of it becoming

Provide reasonable evidence of purchase of the Water Tank and that it was

manufactured by Kingspan Rhino and installed by Kingspan Rhino or one of its
Contractors;

Provide sufficient photographic evidence of the defect and/or permit Kingspan

or its Contractor to inspect the Water Tank to satisfy itself, in its discretion, of
the validity of the warranty claim.
