Assembling Steel Drum
1. Locate the steel drum (A) Fig.1 and install the 4 caster wheels (B) under the
steel drum by simply screwing them into the base. Use a wrench to tighten
each caster against the base.
2. Install the steel drum handle (C) Fig.1 on the steel drum using 2 pan head
screws, washers and acorn nuts.
3. Install the two drum latches (D) Fig.1 on the steel drum using 4 pan head
screws and nylon hex. nuts for each latch.
4. Place the large drum bag (E) Fig.1 inside the steel drum and fold the edges
as shown.
Assembling Funnel to Drum Cover
1. Install the funnel (A) Fig.2 to the drum cover (B) as shown using 6 flange
head bolts and flange head nuts (C).
Assembling Cyclone Housing to Funnel Assembly
1. Position the cyclone housing (A) Fig.3 over the funnel (B) and align its
edges.
2. Place the large clamp (C) so that it covers the bottom lip of the cyclone
housing as well as the top lip of the funnel. Then tighten the clamp hex. bolt
and hex. nut (D) to secure them together.
