ASSEMBLY
Installing 2 x 4” Inlet Adaptor to Inlet
1. Install the 2 x 4” inlet adaptor (A) Fig.4 over the inlet opening as shown,
secure adaptor using a pan head screw (B).
Installing 7” to 6” Outlet Adaptor to Outlet
1. Install the 7” to 6” outlet adaptor (A) Fig.5 over the outlet opening as shown,
secure adaptor using a pan head screw (B).
Installing Negative Pressure Hose to Cyclone Housing
1. Install one end of the negative pressure hose (C) Fig.5 over the opening on
the cyclone housing. Secure the hose using the small clamp (D) and
screwdriver.
Installing Upper Assembly onto Steel Drum
1. Lift the upper assembly (cyclone housing and funnel assembly) and position
it on top of the steel drum. Make sure the upper assembly is positioned so
the negative pressure hose fittings line up.
2. Secure the steel drum cover to the steel drum using the 2 drum latches (A)
Fig.6 on both sides of the steel drum.
Installing Negative Pressure Hose to Steel Drum
1. Install the other end of the negative pressure hose (A) Fig.7 over the
opening on the steel drum. Secure the hose using the small clamp (B) and
a screwdriver.
