ASSEMBLY

WARNINg

: To avoid injury, if any parts are missing, do not attempt to assemble

the bandsaw, plug in the power cord, or turn the switch on, until the missing parts

are obtained and installed correctly.

WARNINg

: For your own safety, never connect plug to power source outlet, or

insert switch key until all assembly steps are complete and until you have read

and understood the entire instruction manual.

MOUNTINg STAND AND BANDSAW ONTO STAND

1) Assemble the two stand side panels (A) Fig.4 and the front and rear panels (B)

together using 12 cap screws (C) and washers (D). 

2) Install feet (F) Fig.4 to all four corners using 12 cap screws (G).

3)  With  the  help  of  another  person,  lift  and  place  the  Bandsaw  base  onto  the

assembled stand, secure the Bandsaw base to the stand using 4 round head

allen bolts (E) Fig.4.

INSTALLINg THE TABLE

1) Position the table (A) Fig.5 to allow the blade to slide into the table slot. Slide

the  blade  through  the  slot  in  the  table  and  then  place  the  table  onto  the

bandsaw trunnion (B). 

2) Align the four mounting holes of the table with the ones in the trunnion.

3) Fasten the table to the trunnion using four cap screws and washers (C) Fig.5.

INSTALLINg RIP FENCE RAIL AND RIP FENCE

1) Install guide rail (A) Fig.6 to the front of table. Slide rail slots over the 4 lock

knob shafts found under the table. Loosely secure the guide rail using the four

lock knobs (B) under the table.

2)  Slide  rip  fence  assembly  (A)  Fig.7  onto  the  table.  The  fence  body  should

engage the guide rail (B).

3) Lock the fence by lowering the lock handle (C) Fig.7.

If the rip fence is not parallel to the miter slot:

1)  Slide  fence  next  to  miter  slot  and  lock  rip  fence,  verify  for  alignment.  If  an

adjustment is needed, loosen two cap screws (D) Fig.7 using a hex. key.

2) Adjust fence body so it is parallel to the miter slot.

3) Retighten two cap screws (D).
