INSTALLING RIP FENCE RAIL AND RIP FENCE
1) Install guide rail (A) Fig.6 to the front of table. Secure the guide rail using the
four lock knobs (B) under the table.
2) Slide rip fence assembly (A) Fig.7 onto the table. The rear hook should engage
the rear of the table. The fence body should engage the guide rail (B).
3) Lock the fence by lowering the lock handle (C) Fig.7.
If the rip fence is not parallel to the miter slot:
1) Slide fence next to miter slot and lock rip fence. Loosen two cap screws (D)
Fig.7 with a 4mm hex key. The end cap (E) may need to be removed.
2) Adjust fence body so it is parallel to the miter slot.
3) Retighten two cap screws (D) and replace end cap (E).
INSTALLING MITER GAUGE
1) Place the t-slot bar of the miter gauge (A) Fig.8 into the miter gauge slot (B) in
the table on the right side of the blade.
2) To adjust angle of miter gauge, loosen lock handle (C) and rotate gauge body.
Tighten lock handle.
3) Use a square to verify that the 90
0
setting on the scale is 90
0
to the slot. Adjust
pointer (D) if necessary.
INSTALLING BLADE TENSION LEVER
1) Install the blade quick release tension lever (A) Fig.9 to the rear hub (B) as
shown. Tighten lever using a wrench on the flat of the shaft.
