A.8 Troubleshooting
This section introduces troubleshooting measures. Typical symptoms are listed.
Check whether any of the items below apply to your case. In some cases, the
problem can be solved quite easily.

If none of the items apply to your case, we recommend that you initialize the PAT to
factory default settings. If the remedy does not correct the problem, contact your
Kikusui agent or distributor.
The power does not turn on.
The OVP is activated and the POWER switch is turned off

correct?
Connect the cable correctly.

Set the external control of the

u tp u t On/Off to the “Off” stat u s
(Short circ u it bet w een #14pin and
#13pin on the J1 connector), and

u rn on the POWER s w itch again.
Then confirm the follo w ing stat u s
of setting conditions.
(1) When the po
w er is on, Is the
o u tp u t set to “on” (CF25: on) ?
(2) When the OVP/OCP is
activated, is the breaker trip set to
“Trip” (CF2
8 :on)?
(3) Is the OVP trip point is lo w er
than the val u e of o u tp u t voltage?
If the item #(1) and #(2) specified
on the left col
u mn are confirmed
properly, the POWER s w itch w ill
be t u rned off w hen the OVP trip
point is set lo w er than the o u tp u t
voltage. Set the OVP trip point
correctly or reset to the factory
defa
u lt setting.
