End of Run Procedures
Sanitize Unit:
Once the trolley is retracted clear from the house or area being foamed, temporarily stop retraction so the trolley
and unit can be cleaned and sanitized before being fully retracted onto the trailer.
Step 1

Confirm the Master Control Switch on the control
panel is in the “On” position and place the Sanitizer switch
into the “Manual” position.
Step 2

Use a pressure washer or garden hose to rinse the
foam and debris from the trolley and unit.
Step 3

Sanitize the trolley and unit with the spray wand on
the sanitation tank. The pump on the sanitation tank is an
“on demand” pump. It will begin pumping as soon as the
trigger is activated. When finished, place the Sanitizer
switch on the control panel in the center or off position and
turn off the Master Switch on the control panel.
Step 4

Resume trolley retraction by placing the PTO Re-
wind switch in the Manual position. Slow the Retraction
Engine down and retract slowly. Once the trolley reaches
the shutoff bar, the stop rod will activate the shutoff switch
and the retraction engine will shut down automatically.
Note: If the engine fails to shut down, press and hold the
Retract Stop switch on the control panel until the retrac-
tion engine stops.
Once stopped, turn the fuel supply
valve off on the retraction engine.
Winterization & Storage
Expel Water:
Step 1

Remove the supply line
from the Reel inlet and allow all
water to drain. Once drained, con-
nect the air supply fitting.
Step 2
-
Remove the drain plug from
the front of the trolley.
Step 3
-
Loosen the 6 bolts that con-
nect the trolley to the supply hose,
but do not remove completely.
Once loosened, water will begin to
expel from the connection.
