INSPECTION

1. Visually check that thermostat is airtight. 

2. Place thermostat and a thermometer in water. 

3. Gradually heat water and check following. 

Initial opening temperature: 177~182°F (80.5~83.5°C)

Full open temperature: 203°F (95°C)

Full open lift: 0.31 in (8.0 mm) minimum.
