5.5.2 Setting the Recording
Use the Record menu to remotely set the recording schedule and customize the recording settings, such as frame rate,
quality, and resolution.
Setting the Recording Parameters
Use the recording parameters screen to recording file size, duration, etc.

On the Main Menu, click Remote Setting .

On the left panel, click Record .

Modify the necessary settings.
Item Description
Channel Select the channel that you want to configure.
Record Enable/Disable recording.
Pack
Duration Set the recording length for each video file (15/30/45/60 minutes). When the time
elapsed, the recording is saved to another file.
PreRecord Enable/Disable recording prior to the set recording time.

To save the settings, click Save .

• To apply the same recording settings to other channels, click Copy . See “Copying Settings To Other Channels”
on page 80 .
• To cancel any modifications and retain the existing settings, click Refresh .
