Recalibration
PLEASE NOTE: Recalibrate the device only with a fully charged battery! A blue screen with an error
message "go to service or reset device" is displayed.
Restart the device. Press the "Home" button again and hold it for 10 seconds until a "blue" screen
is displayed with an acoustic signal. Release the "Home" button and wait for the device to shut
down automatically.
CAUTION!!!
Before switching on the device again, make sure that there is no contact between the
electrodes and the patient, you or any other conductive objects.
Switch on the device and wait for the device to calibrate automatically. This may take up to one
minute.

In this time, there must be no contact between the electrodes and the patient, you
or any other conductive objects.
After calibration, the settings menu is automatically displayed. Here, settings like the language
may be changed as usual. After pressing the "Home" button, the device may be used as usual. The
self-test after switching on the device must not recognize any errors to continue working with the
physio
key
. If this is not the case, the device is switched off again. In this case, the device should
be sent to the technical service.
Service and Repair
The manufacturer is only considered to be responsible for safe operation of the physio
key
if
repairs, updates and other modifications are carried out by the manufacturer himself and the
device is applied in accordance with its intended use.
The battery may only be changed by the manufacturer.
Loss of Guarantee and Warranty
The guarantee excludes wear parts and consumables. The following actions lead to loss of guar

antee and warranty:

Attempts to open the physio
key
.
•
Attempts to manipulate the internal hardware or firmware of the device.
•
Combination of the physio
key
with other technical means, e.g. foreign electrodes.
•
Charging with a foreign, non-original charging cable.
•
Unintended use of the device.
•
Gross negligence in connection with the use of the device
(water ingress into the housing, fall, etc.).
