Demo Mode:
Check this box if you want to run the IV/CV Demonstration. This
provides a simple current/voltage plot and result (*.mdm) file. See “IV and CV
Demo” on page 86.

DUT Type:
Choose
FET
or
IGBT
from the drop-down list. (If you are using a
B1505A power device analyzer, you must also select the test type:
IV
,
CV
, or
Gate Diode
.)

Set the
Temperature Control Mode,
depending on whether you have the InTEST
Thermal Platform (HP289-PM, available separately, contact
www.inTESTthermal.com
)
– Fully Remote:
If you have the InTEST Thermal Platform, enter the
temperature(s) you want tested in the temperature field, separated by
semicolons (;). The software automatically heats the test chamber and
triggers the measurements when each temperature is reached.
