1 Introduction
Test Automation Software Platform
The Keysight N5990A Test Automation Software is an open and flexible
framework for automating tests of the latest digital bus standards.
This document describes how to configure and to use the ValiFrame
Type-C Multi-Standard Solution.
The ValiFrame Type-C Multi-Standard Solution runs the tests of several
Type-C Alt-mode standards in one run. The software supports automatic
control of a wide range of instruments such as; the J-BERT M8020A signal
generator, the DSO, the power source/sink, the Alt-mode-Ncontroller and
the BIT-3000 DSGA switch matrix. It calibrates the stress conditions and
controls all test electronic equipments for automated receiver and
transmitter tests.
