Step 1: Unpack and Inspect the Module

Before Unpacking

Keysight M9601A module is designed to meet IEC/EN61010-1 and must only be
installed in the PXIe chassis which is certified by a Nationally Recognized Testing
Laboratory. The PXIe chassis must already be installed on a static-safe
workbench so that you can install the module soon after unpacking.

Refer to the PXIe chassis manual for chassis installation and details.

Inspect for Damage

After unpacking a module, carefully inspect it for any shipping damage. Report
any damage to the shipping agent immediately, as such damage is not covered
by the warranty (see warranty information at beginning of this document).

CAUTION

To avoid damage when handling a module, do not touch any exposed
components or connector pins.
