Setting up the M5201A module 2
2.2.3: Installing the Embedded Controller
Before installing the module, remove plastic thread protectors on the top
and bottom of mounting screws. Use the appropriate instructions below
for installing the embedded controller or the remote controller.

If your configuration contains a Keysight Embedded Controller (for
example, M9037A), follow the procedure below. For additional details,
refer to the instructions in the M9037A Startup Guide .
1 Remove the M9037A module from its ESD protective bag. See
“ Precautions against ESD ” on page 28.
2 Install the embedded controller in Slot 1 (see the icon above the
slot) in the chassis.
CAUTION
Do not power up the controller until instructed to do so later in this
document.
