Installation Procedure for the Upgrade

-

Connect New N5240-60098 (x1) Port 3 and Verify N5240-60098 Port 1 

Blue Bias-Tee Combiner Cables and Clamps from the A71 and A72 Bias 

Tees "RF-IN" to the A70 LFE Board "Port1" and "Port3" Connectors and 

Install Clamps onto the Ferrite Beads

Install the N5240-60098 (x2) cable as shown. Note the orientation of the 
cable (item

).

Route cables as shown. 

Figure 44 

Connect new N5240-60098 (x1) from Port 3 and verify N5240-60098 from 

Port 1 Bias Tee Combiners to A70 LFE Board and install Clamps onto the 

Ferrite Beads (N5240-60098 (x2), and 1400-1391 (x2)). 

Verify Port 

1 cable is 

properly 

routed and 

secured.
