Differential results

When measuring differential devices, the network analyzer 
displays traces of interest for balanced devices. These include, 
differential responsivity S, common mode rejection or port 
imbalance. 

Since Opto-electronic components are unidirectional, non-
reciprocal devices, only the measurement types circled in Figure 
6 are relevant.
