N4373D Lightwave Component Analyzer, User’s Guide

Event Log

Further troubleshooting information is available from the event
log.

You can find this log in the \bin subdirectory of the directory
where the LCA program is installed.

If you want to refer to the log, save a copy of it before you restart
the LCA server. The log file is cleared each time the LCA server
is restarted.

If you have a problem with the LCA, you can also send the
event log file to your

Keysight

contact person to speed up

diagnosis.
