Licensing
If you have purchased the service from Keysight, you may already have received an entitlement
certificate license by email. To get a license file (that is locked to your machine's host ID), you have to
go through the process described on the
License Redemption
page.
To install your license file to use the software, go to
www.keysight.com/find/IOT8720
and search for the IoT Soft Front Panel or IoT Signaling Measurement Suit
documentations for instructions.
The X8721A IoT Wireless Test Set requires the use of module license(s) to activate the radio option.
Additional license(s) may be required depending on the multi-devices option and the choice of
software.
- X8721A-BT5 module license to activate the Bluetooth radio option.
- (Only for IOT8740) X8721A-D04 or X8721A-D08 or X8721A-D16 depending on your choice of multi-
device options
- (Upgrade options) X8721AU-D08 (from X8721A-D04) or X8721AU-D16 (from X8721A-D04 or
X8721A-D08)
