Equipment requirements
- X8721A IoT Wireless Test Set (subject to the types of radios enabled)
- External Power Adapter 85-264VAC, 12VDC, 2.09A, 25W and Power Cord
- USB Type-A male to Mini-USB 2.0 Type-B cable
- (Optional) RF Shield Enclosure available in three different sizes (X8763A,X8764A, or X8765A)
Note: The purchase of the shield enclosure comes with a RF N-Terminator Plug Straight and a 36in RF
SMA-Male to N-Male cable
- Device under test (DUT) *
- Laptop/PC with USB port *
* These accessories are not included in the IOT8700 series IoT wireless test solution.

- PathWave Desktop Edition 2020B version 1.0.0-11
- Keysight IO Libraries Suite version 18.1 or above
- Keysight License Manager version 5.2 or above
- Keysight IoT Wireless Test Solution Soft Front Panel (IWTS SFP)
version 0.5.0-0317b
Note: No license is required to access the IoT Soft Front Panel Utility.
The XA8722A_SFP license is required to access Soft Front Panel Pro
Software Prerequisites:
- Test Automation Platform 9 (License required: KS8400A)
- Keysight IO Libraries Suite version 18.1 or above
- Keysight License Manager version 5.2 or above
- Keysight X8723A Measurement Suite
