Display

Explanation

1. By using

keys, select

the “Communication” setting.

2. Press the

key.

Select “YES” by using

keys.

3. Press the

key.

The initial screen will be displayed.

8. Communication

If the “YES” is selected, RS-232C port

which is located rear-side on chamber

is available to use PC.
