Hazard
Risk of injury for children during opening or closing of the slat
lifter!
Persons, especially children, who sit or stand on the worktop can fall from the
worktop while the slats are opening and closing, or be injured.
Always supervise children who are in the room so that they do not play
with the device.
5.4 Intended use
The slat lifter is used for motorised opening and closing of horizontal slats which allow opening and
closing by actuating the sensor field on a cabinet attachment, and may only be used under the
following conditions:
In dry, enclosed rooms.
In connection with the manufacturer's motors and drive units within the permissible technical
data.
The motor unit must be freely accessible.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any other use.
5.5 Structural modifications and spare parts
Structural modifications and spare parts not approved by the manufacturer affect the safety and
function of the CLIMBER slat lifter attachment and are therefore not permitted.
Use only the manufacturer's spare parts.
Only qualified experts may fit or replace individual components, or carry out any cabling tasks.
5.6 Cleaning and activities on the cabinet attachment
Danger to life caused by electric shock
Danger to life caused by electric shock occurs if moisture penetrates inside the motor unit.
Ensure that neither water nor aggressive cleansing agents can wet the motor unit or the
sensor field when cleaning the cabinet attachment.
Before cleaning, switch the power socket to which the CLIMBER slat lifter attachment is
connected off, or disconnect the motor unit.
Never open the motor unit.
