Symptom
Remedy
The audio is not output or the
volume is extremely low.
The Transmitter is connected improperly to the audio component or PC.
➡
Connect them properly with the audio cable or the USB cable (pages 12 and 13).
The AUDIO IN terminal on the Transmitter is set improperly.
➡
Press the input selector key for the required number of times to select the input source that
matches the connected audio component (page 15).
[Mute] is checked in the [Volume] setup of the PC.
➡
Uncheck [Mute] (page 17).
The AUDIO IN terminal on the Transmitter is connected to the headphones jack on the audio
component and the volume of the audio component is set too low.
➡
Adjust the playback volume of the audio component to an appropriate level.
The volume is set low on the audio component.
➡
Adjust to the volume to an appropriate level (page 17).
The audio output device of the PC is not set to [USB Speaker].
➡
Open the [Predefined Devices] drop-down list in the [Sound Playback] field and select
[KENWOOD Wireless Audio] (page 17).
The Receiver is connected improperly to the stereo component with the audio cable or an
optical digital cable.
➡
Connect them properly with the audio cable or an optical digital cable (page 11).
The left and right audio channels
are not balanced.
➡
Check and adjust the output balance of the audio component or PC connected to the
Transmitter.
➡
Check and adjust the output balance of the stereo component connected to the Receiver.
