Edge 28B

MAIN BROOM BELT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly

Remove the hood (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

Remove the main broom (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

Manually disengage the belt (A) from the pulley (B).

Remove the screws (C), then remove the right lid (D) and the main broom belt.

At the workbench, remove the screws (I) and the skirt (E), then remove the main broom belt (F).

Check the tensioner (G) and the spring (H) for proper operation.

Assembly

Perform steps 3 to 5 in the reverse order.

Visually inspect and adjust the driving belts and clutch (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

Install the main broom (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

Install the hood (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).
