INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
Possible Cause
Remedy
The motors do not work; no warning light turns on
The battery connector (12) is disconnected.
Connect
The batteries are discharged.
Charge the batteries.
The machine does not move
The machine has been turned on by using the
ignition key (80) and by keeping the paddle
(83) pressed.
Turn the ignition key (80) to “0”, then try to
start the machine without pressing the paddle
(83).
The brushes do not work, the red warning light
(81c) is on.
The batteries are discharged.
Charge the batteries.
The warning lights (81) lashes simultaneously.
Brush motor overload
Use less aggressive brushes and/or avoid
working with extra pressure turned on.
There are foreign materials (tangled threads,
etc.) preventing the brushes from rotating.
Clean the brush hubs.
Dirty water vacuuming is insuficient.
The recovery tank (21) is full.
Empty the tank.
The hose (15) is disconnected from the
squeegee.
Connect
The vacuum grid (36) is clogged or the loat
is closing.
Clean the grid or check the loat.
The debris tray (35) is clogged.
Clean
The squeegee (25) is dirty, or the squeegee
blades are worn or damaged.
Clean and check the squeegee.
The tank cover is not properly closed, or the
gasket (31) is damaged.
Close the cover properly or replace the
gasket.
The solution low is insuficient.
The solution tap (55) is closed.
Open
The solution ilter (54) is dirty.
Clean
The squeegee leaves marks on the loor.
Debris under the squeegee blades
Remove the debris.
The squeegee blades are worn, chipped or
torn.
Replace the blades.
The squeegee has not been balanced with the
handwheel (27).
Adjust
NOTE
The machine cannot operate without the battery charger.
In case of battery charger malfunction, contact an authorized Service Center.
For further information refer to the Service Manual, available at any Kent Service Center.
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualiied scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force:
Batteries
Brushes/pads
Plastic hoses and components
Electrical and electronic components (*)
(*) Refer to the nearest Kent Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.
