Switch is turned on, power is intermittent to all motors.

Loose terminal
No vacuum
Drain valve open.
Lid not sealing on tank.
Loose vacuum hose and or conection.
Low vacuum performance
Lint build-up on lid screen.
Worn lid gasket.
Debris build-up on tool head.
Defective vacuum hose.
Loose connection in vacuum motor.
Pump is on; no spray, spray is weak, or uneven from nozzle.
Clogged nozzle, coupler, or solution filter screen.
Debris inside pump or plumbing.
Punctuered pump diaphram. (100 PSI pump only)
Defective or clogged pump check valve (100 PSI pump only)
Worn pump bearing-this makes excessive noise.
Cracked pump housing.
Defective rectifier or motor.
Lost pump prime-300 PSI pump.
Pressure regulator set incorrectly (300 PSI pump only)
Vacuum motor working, pump fails to turn on.
Loose wiring.
Defective pressure switch in pump (100 PSI pump only)
