IN A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION

PREPARATION OF RICE

WATER LEVEL LINES FOR
RICE IN CERAMIC POT

Alternatively, you can also use the

water level line in the inner pot for rice.

You fill the desired amount of rice into

the ceramic pot and fill up with water

up to the desired water level line.

The scale for white rice indicates the

capacity for a maximum of 4 measuring

cups of rice and water. If you are not

using a measuring cup, weigh the rice.

A measuring cup of rice is approx. 150

g. Rice. The scale 1 indicates the

maximum filling quantity for a

measuring cup of rice (approx. 150 g.)

and water. The scale 2 for two

measuring cups of rice (approx. 300 g.

rice) and water. Scale 3 and 4

simultaneously.

Proceed in the same way for congee

and mixed rice.

Wash the desired amount of rice thoroughly in a

colander to remove excess starch so the rice

doesn't foam too much.

When the rice is cleaned, drain the water and

pour the washed rice into the ceramic pot.

Now add the desired amount of water to the

ceramic pot.

If possible, use the supplied measuring cup.

Swirl the inner pot to evenly distribute the rice.
