OPERATION
• Remove the transport locking device.
• Tip the scythe mower onto the ground.
• Set the height of the hydraulic arms on the tractor (H1= 400-420 mm)
• Correct the protective cover over the scythe mower.
Before operation, check the following points
:
• The condition of the blades
• The drums - wear or damage
• PTO shaft - wear or damage
• Hydraulic hoses and hydraulic cylinder - condition and leakage
• Bolt fasteners - whole machine, especially the cutterbar
Rope
Positioning of hook
during use of the
rotary disc mower.
When the rotary disc mower is not to be used for an
extended period, loosen the hook by pulling the rope.
Carefully position the rotary disc mower horizontally
by securing the oil cylinder.
Adjust the cutting height by turning the top link (no. 16)
Max. gradient of rotor disc 5°
The machine is intended for cutting grass.
Adjust speed and rpm in the PTO to suit
the conditions. The machine should not
be operated at an outdoor temperature
above 30 degrees.
