8.) Adjusting the belt steering blocks is performed by loosening the M10x25 bolt with a 16mm 

wrench. Press the block so that the roller is against the back of the saw belt, the roller must not 

push the sawblade forward as this affects the sawblades movement. Adjust so that the saw 

blade runs smoothly adjusts if necessary, then tighten the bolts. The distance between the 

band and the top and bottom of the block shall be 0.5mm.

 

 

9.) Mount the brush inside the machine as the pictures, shown below.

 

10.) Reassemble the protective cover.

The distance between the blade and 

the block should be 

0.5mm

 on top and 

underneath
