Over the IEEE-488 bus, the following commands can be 
used to perform the same save and restore operations: 

*SAV <NRf>

Save current setup configura-
tion in memory (0 to 9).

*RCL <NRf>

Restore 7002 to setup config-
uration saved at specified 
memory location (0 to 9). 

:SYSTem:POSetup SAVX

Program 7002 to power-on to 
the setup saved at memory 
location X (where X = 0 to 9). 

 

Bus Defaults —

 

 Over the IEEE-488 bus, the following 

commands can be used to return the Model 7002 to default 
conditions: 

*RST

Return 7002 to *RST defaults 
listed in Table 5. 

:SYSTem:PRESet

Return 7002 to :SYSTem: 
PRESet defaults listed in 
Table 6. 

The Model 7002 can be programmed to power-on to the 
*RST or :SYSTem:PRESet defaults by sending one the fol-
lowing commands over the bus: 

:SYSTem:POSetup RST

Power-on to the *RST 
defaults.

:SYSTem:POSetup PRESet Power-on to the :SYSTem: 

PRESet defaults.

 

Channel List and Scan List

 

A Channel List specifies the channels to be closed or 
opened, and a Scan List specifies the channels to be 
scanned.
