HOW TO USE THE AIR250 ABDOMINAL
1.
Adjust the Seat height to allow the Chest Pads to rest firmly against your upper chest
.
2.
Sit with your back supported by the Seat backrest, feet on the floor (or on the Anti-Slip Step).
3.
Grasp the Handles
with an underhand grip and adjust the resistance with the Thumb Buttons.
4. Curl your upper body forward; return slowly.
