Heavy Duty Personal Alarm
15. Information for carers and family members
In the event you need to locate your loved one via the alarm or to check the alarms settings, this can be done by simply texting a SMS commands directly to the
alarm via the mobile number.
NOTE: Always start the code with ‘0000’
with no spaces.

Click the link on the incoming text to open Google Maps and see the user’s location. Example return texts will read:

Explanation: Message, Date (mmddyy), Time, A (current location) OR V (last known location), Signal Strength (more than 10

Current contacts

This will show you all the emergency contact phone numbers that are programmed. For example: 0000,B9F,GET,1,2,3,4,5
A text will come back saying: (16 digit IMEI),1:0411111111,2:0422222222,3:etc If no number is programmed in that slot, it
will say NULL
To change contacts
B9F,ADD,1:xx,2:xx
When (re)programming emergency contacts, choose a contact number and program them using numbers 1-5 next to the new
number. So, to reprogram contacts 1, 2, and 5, you would send this text:

has reference to the MT90G being on. The

represents the number of
seconds the unit will beep and vibrate before sending the alarm. The number

is the Medium Sensitivity Rating. The last

means the alarm will be sent 1 second after the beeping finishes.
Sensitivity settings is given a value from 1-3
With 1 being the most sensitive (easiest to activate the alert). The default value is 1.
Turn off Fall Detection

This will turn the Fall Detection off completely.
