Heavy Duty Personal Alarm
7. LED lights
GPS LED Flashing blue light indicates the GPS connection and GSM LED Flashing green indicates the
WCDMA/GSM (mobile call connection)
GPS Indicator (Blue)
Status Description
On (no flashing) The alarm is charging
Blinks every 5 seconds In sleep mode/battery saving
1 second on, 1 second off Searching for GPS signal
Off GPS is connected
Blinks 3 times per second Tracker is low in battery and needs recharging
GMS Indicator (Green)
On (no flashing) In coming call or is busy
Blinks every 5 seconds In sleep mode/battery saving
1 second on, 1 second off Searching for mobile signal
Off Mobile is connected
8. Volume
Volume up – A short press and release will increase the volume, continue this action to reach the desired
volume level Volume down - A short press and release will decrease the volume, continue this action to reach
the desired volume level
9. On/Off button
Power on- Press the on/off button for 3 seconds, to powered on the device, until you feel it vibrate and you hear
a beep.
Power off - Press the on/off button for 3 seconds, until you feel it vibrate and you hear a beep. The lights will
stop flashing to show it has powered off.
10. Battery life/Recharging
The Heavy-Duty Personal Alarm has a standby power saving mode of 180 hours, with normal use at 20 hours.
You will need to recharge your unit every 1 to 2 days. We recommend you strategically place your alarm to
charge overnight on your bedside table.
