6.2 Trouble shooting
If there is any problem while operating the terminal, please refer to the
following table, or contact your service provider.
Common problems Causes Solution
Bad reception
Near the tall building or in the
basement
Change to a place with good signal
The terminal cannot

No battery power Change a new battery
