4.2
Installation instructions
•
Install and ground the R6 on a stationary system.
•
Mist, water, or other liquids and vapors must not be allowed to permeate the device.
•
Allow for sufficient heat dissipation if installed in a dust-proof housing.
•
When operating the COMBIVERT in an explosion proof environment, install the unit in an
appropriate enclosure in accordance with the local regulations and codes.
•
Protect COMBIVERT against conductive and aggressive gases and liquids.
•
For EMC reasons, the lines between R6 and commutation reactor/harmonic filter must be lim
-
ited to < 1m or shielding must be carried out.
•
The frequency inverters must be placed in the immediate vicinity of the R6-S.
