How to use the phone

Recording Messages When You Are Unable to Answer a Call

The A5503SA can be answered automatically with a prerecorded message and caller's

message can be recorded when you are unable to answer a call (Answer Phone).

The Answer Phone can record up to 3 calls, and for about 20 seconds per call.

Press and hold the Side Key

(

) for over a second in

the Standby Screen.

The Answer Phone is set and "

appears on the screen.

To release the Answer Phone

Press and hold the Side Key (

) for over a second in the Standby

Screen.

Information

• Use Voice Mail when you have turned off the power or where radio waves are blocked.

• Erase messages after playing them back. See page 30.

• Up to 3 Answer Phone including Phone Memo can be recorded.

Adjusting the Other Party's Voice Volume

The other party's voice volume can be adjusted in 9 levels during the call.

Use

to adjust volume during

a call.
