! Note: The setting value varies according to the WAP service provider.
So please contact your network service provider for the values before using WAP services .
If you select Edit, the following options are available.
Homepage: Enter the address of the WAP page that you want to use as your home page
for the WAP profile. Following editor will be used for editing homepage.
Image: This allows you to determine the image display mode.
Display: Display images or not.
Update: Update images or not.
! Note:
If you use Update image mode, the browser shows you a rectangle area
before full image data is downloaded.
Type: Select type of internet connection.
- Temporary : is a non-confirmed (connectionless) service.
- Continuous : is a confirmed delivery mechanism but generate more network
traffic
Gateway:
Input gateway user’s ID and password, if needed.
- User ID : Input user’s ID.
- Password : Input user’s password.
Bearer:
This option select the data transfer type.
- Data : Circuit data transfer
- GPRS : Packet data transfer
GPRS :
This menu allows you can edit the setting data of GPRS network service. The following
menus are the setting items of GPRS network service.
- IP address
- Access point
- User ID
- Password
