A 7 Malfunctions
Repair and maintenance work on the
electrical part of the unit may be car-
ried out only by specialists or by persons
who have been trained in the factory and
made aware of the safety regulations.
Before opening housing parts, disconnect
the mains plug or completely isolate the
unit from the mains supply so that no
power reaches the unit.
The individual faults are indicated by
repeating flashes of the green opera-
tion LED @. In the case of fault No. 3, for
example, the LED @ is activated 3 times,
followed by a break, after which the flash-
ing sequence begins again. In the case of
all faults, the motor is switched off. Some
faults are reset when the foot switch is at
stop; serious errors can be reset only by
switching off.
