2 Servicing, daily | 2.3 Checking the coolant lubricant filling level
▶ Clean the chip tray ④ under running water or replace it if it is damaged.
▶ Insert a new chip sieve filter ③.
▶ Exchange the filter fleece after each blank.
▶ Re-insert the chip tray into the ZS and ZST Blank workspace.
2.3 Checking the coolant lubricant filling level
▶ Check the coolant lubricant filling level and replenish the coolant lubricant, if nee‐
ded.
2.4 Checking the coolant lubricant nozzles
▶ Visually check the coolant lubricant nozzles for clogging and clean them, if nee‐
ded, using a brush from the brush set 0.411.0190.
2.5 Finalising the cleaning work
▶ After completion of the cleaning work, press the cleaning button and switch-off the
compressed air for cleaning.
